Terms of Service

By visiting our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or hire us.

Project scope, deliverables, and payment terms are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work. These Terms cover website use and general conduct — project-specific contracts take precedence where there's a conflict.

Standard practice: 50% deposit on kickoff, balance on delivery. Unused deposits are refundable for work not yet started.

Upon final payment, you own all deliverables we produce for your project (designs, code, files, renders). We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio and for promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.

Third-party assets (fonts, stock photos, plugins) are licensed to you under their original terms — we list them explicitly in project handovers.

You represent that any content you send us (copy, logos, images, etc.) is yours to share or properly licensed. You're responsible for legal clearance of anything you provide.

We deliver services to the best of our ability. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party issues outside our control. Our total liability is capped at fees paid for the specific engagement.

We may update these Terms as our practice evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
