If we haven't started work, yes. Once a project kicks off, we refund any unearned portion.
How do revisions work?
Basic gets 2 rounds. Standard and Premium include unlimited revisions within the agreed scope.
Do you sign NDAs?
Always, on request.
Who owns the final work?
You do — full rights transfer on final payment.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Standard and Premium are split 50/50 or in milestones.
